Lust for life

When the force of life seduces you
Be not indignant at this intrusion
Nor with reticent rage push away
Gasp instead, in the heated embrace

We’re the golden mistress
Brimming with coded messages
Envoys of erotic hunger
Life lusts for us like a lover

The hot, thick breath of ravishment
Needs you to join this eternal dance
This writhing, purple passion
Of the momentary cosmic swirling

Grasp the  universe’s  mirrored horn
Preen  in its reflective surfaces
Slide across the adamant expanses
Do this and suns shall bow their knee
